We are thrilled to welcome Grammy Award-winning reggae icons Black Uhuru, alongside Colorado’s own genre-blending powerhouse, Simple Syrup, for an unforgettable night of reggae and funk under the stars.
Black Uhuru brings the authentic sound of roots reggae straight from Kingston, Jamaica. Founded by Derrick “Duckie” Simpson and fronted by lead singer Andrew “Bee’s” Beckford for over 30 years, they maintain the legendary sound, deep riddims, and high live energy that earned them reggae's first-ever Grammy Award.
Opening the night is Simple Syrup, a dynamic seven-piece rock band from Boulder. Known for their infectious, genre-blurring grooves, they are ready to bring the funk and get the crowd moving.
