About the event
NJ Tranzit is a psychedelic funk rock jam band based out of Denver, Colorado. The band was formed in April of 2020 shortly after the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic lockdowns. NJ Tranzit has a diverse set of influences, which has allowed them to play under many different genres, focusing mostly on rock, funk, country, jazz, and improvisational jams. The band takes a free-form approach to their live sets which results in a wide spectrum of music from heavy rhythmic jams to soft ambient soundscapes.
